Custom Designed Curriculum 

CLC programs are custom designed to fit the need of every client. Every program incorporates a lesson in neuroscience, kinesthetic movement, and cognitive behavioral exercises. CLC Nature Walks and Retreats cultivate a unique experience by utilizing the senses to connect with nature.

Our curriculum walks trainees through our three-step structure – Science, Exercise for the Brain and Extension of Self (SEE) – where individuals learn to cope with stress through better impulse control, increased communication skills, less anger, healthier habits, improved sleep, increased self-appreciation, and addressing addictive behaviors.

CLC Courses Are Built From the Following Subjects

Pre & post evaluations are included with every CLC program. When possible, quantitative measures will be taken for data analysis contributing to ongoing research in the field of neuroscience.

Research supports the beneficial connection between nature and positive human emotions. CLC Nature Walks and Retreats engage participants with hands-on, evidence-based experience. This program provides tools, skills, and knowledge on minimizing stress while maximizing emotional regulation, and improved quality of life.
